A Four Day Home Video Retreat
In the fall of 2025, John and Christiane Prendergast offered a four day residential retreat at the San Damiano Retreat Center in California that was video recorded by an expert documentary film crew.
This high quality, seventeen hour video recording is now available for you to create your own home retreat. It includes original talks, guided meditations and inquiries, and experiential conversations with John, along with sessions of Christiane’s “Explorations in Silence”– gentle body movements and subtle sensing inspired by the European sage, Jean Klein. It is a beautiful and powerful complementary approach to discovering Presence and welcoming all dimensions of our human experience.
